Managing Director of Response Group International. He is also current Chair of the Systems Leadership Development Association (SLDA).
Phillip has spent over 30 years working with people in organisations in many different industries and countries. He leads a diverse organisational development entity based in Australia and contributes to a family business supplying quality, sustainable coffee.
He has been working with Dr Ian Macdonald utilising Systems Leadership since the mid 1990’s, he has been involved in the inception of the SLDA in 2013 and is the current Chair.
He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Director of 4 small/medium enterprises in Australia and the USA.
Phillip is married with 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
