Peter Nicolaisen

In the first half of the 1990s, Peter worked as a business controller in the headquarters of Novartis, then Ciba-Geigy, in Basle, Switzerland. Since 1995 he has worked as a management consultant, for the first ten years as a member of the management team of the consultancy Centre for Leadership, and from 2005 onwards as an independent management consultant. 

Peter’s focus is strategy, organisational effectiveness and execution, and leadership quality. In addition to working individually with executives, he facilitates groups of leaders and management teams, helping them benefit from each other’s experience, insights, challenges, perspectives and practices, in order to develop their leadership, both individually and collectively. 

Since the turn of the century, Peter has taken particular interest in decision-making, levels of work and systems leadership. His book Skab bedre beslutninger (Create Better Decision-Making) was published in 2006. Peter is a member of the board at ASE, held the chairman of the board position at Harrit & Sørensen from 2006 to 2009, and serves as a lay judge at the Eastern High Court.
