Laura is an experienced organizational psychologist and is valued by her clients for her expertise in the area of Talent Assessment, Talent Management and Organizational Development. She is also recognized for her provocative style in coaching and facilitating leadership development programs for key Talents and Senior Executives.In recent years she has brought to her clients a growing level of awareness of the critical role of physiology, neuroscience and mindfulness in the sustainable growth and success of their organizations.

She earned her degree in Psychology and Master’s in Organizational Psychology, and then completed her education with a General Management Program at IMD (Lausanne).  With the exception of an experience as Organizational Development Manager and HR Manager for the EU and Overseas Subsidiaries in an industrial Italian entrepreneurial company, since 1989 she has been working as a consultant in multinational and Italian firms, starting her own company in 2005.  Since 2006 she has been a CPA Practitioner and has been using the Bioss Models and Approaches.

She is also a chartered psychotherapist and runs her private practice in Milan, working mostly with adults and young adults on anxiety and stress related issues. Since 2021 she works a Bilingual Psychotherapist at the Politecnico University of Milan student services (Politecnico di Milano is in the top 10% of world excellence universities, among the 20 best in Architecture, Design and Engineering, according to the QS World University Ranking.
