Jack is currently Chairman of Bioss Central Africa and has been in this role since its inception. Jack has held a variety of executive roles including CEO of Zimplats. He is currently a director on the board of TA Holdings Group of Companies and is CEO of Sable Chemicals.

Jack has long been a proponent of the Bioss work and has initiated it in sectors including mining, hospitality and sugar production in Central and Southern Africa.

Jack currently holds a number of board positions in the financial and service sectors.
