Elair Moretti
Working at Instituto Pieron since 1987, Elair brings experience in Organisational Psychology and Development. Her skills lie in facilitating training processes, mapping and developing talent, competencies development, coaching and mentoring managers, and the analysis of organisational structure.
Before joining the Instituto Pieron, Elair worked as an HR expert at one of Brazil’s major agribusinesses, Copersucar, in the fields of Recruitment, Selection, Training and Development.
Since joining Pieron, she has facilitated a variety of training courses on Team Building, Coaching, Managerial Development and Assessment Tools. Elair has led training projects for multinational companies such as Siemens, Deloitte, Daimler Chrysler, General Motors, Volkswagen and others. She works with clients across Latin America.
Elair earned her Psychologist degree from São Marcos University, São Paulo. She is an Initial Review Interview Schedule (IRIS) and Career Path Appreciation (CPA) practitioner, and has completed postgraduate studies in Coaching and Group Dynamics. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
Areas of expertise include mining, petrochemical, retail, service, financial, technology, industrial and energy.
