Lilian Ing

Assignments over the past twenty years have included the assessment and enhancement of employee engagement, employer branding, communication and change strategies, Vision and Values development, culture mapping and development, organisation design, valuing and managing for diversity, talent and leadership development, executive coaching, facilitation and training.

Lilian also contributes to both the psychology and coaching professions through supervising and training at a number of top Singaporean and Australian universities, as well as at the Academy of Solution Focused Training. She also does pro bono work for a local voluntary welfare organisation.

She has recently contributed chapters to the International Coach Federation Singapore’s first book, Coaching in Asia, to a book on Singapore adoption stories, and to a book on the application of the Solution Focused approach with the Chinese population.
