Driven by People Development, Sophie believes that People is the ultimate competitive advantage as it is unique, thus difficult to duplicate. 

She enjoys thinking out of the box to assist companies to outperform  in complex situations.  For this reason, with her team, she has decided to start a long term relation with Bioss via Enen Group to help corporations become more effective and develop their internal potential.

Since 2001 Sophie is the Managing Partner of Amrop in Russia, specialized in executive search, before Sophie worked for ten years in General Management positions  in Russia  for multinational companies (Groupe SEB, The Pillsbury Company)  after several years of experience in sales and finance for Xerox Group.  Sophie belongs to the French Commercial Advisory Committee in Russia.  She has been awarded  the Chevalier de L’Ordre du Merite.

Sophie is a graduate from ESCP Business School,  Paris, France. She is fluent in French, English and Russian.
