A Jill-of-all-trades who slots in wherever she is needed in the business – from training, to assessments, Org Design, HR Consulting, Coaching and CPA / MCPA facilitation

Avril’s portfolio of experience extends from selection, ABET, training and development, psychometric assessment, various facets of OD, to general HR consulting, coaching and talent management. She has accumulated this throughout a variety of industries including the recruitment domain, psychological assessment and consulting, IT, Insurance, Mining and Manufacturing, as well as via consulting to banks and Government amongst others, and doing pro-bono work for NGO’s.

She holds a B.Soc Sci degree (UCT), an Honours Degree in Psychology (UCT) and completed her MBA with an HR Specialism (EBS) in 2011. She is a registered Psychometrist – accredited in the use of a number of psychometric assessments, and is also a qualified coach. Life-balance anchors include exploring interesting corners of the world, scuba diving, meditation, gardening and reading.
