After graduating as a Master in Industrial Psychology in 2004 (Ghent University), Nele Thiel started her career as a staffing consultant. Soon afterwards she switched to a recruitment office in order to perfect her permanent search for the ideal match between function, organisation and candidate.
Her next employer USG HR Forces gave her the opportunity to develop various HR projects, including function descriptions, compensation and benefits. She acted as a single point of contact for major accounts where she was responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process. Nele joined Accord Group in 2009 where she focusses mainly on executive search and assessment centres.
An additional degree in Business Administration at European University College Brussels (EHSAL) allows her to concentrate increasingly on senior profiles.
