Bisse joined Bioss as a Senior Consultant in 2012, after practicing Talent Management, Succession Management, and Leadership Development and Learning in international companies for 15 years.
She has been working with a wide range of responsibilities within these fields: management assessments, assessment centers, talent programs, employee surveys, leadership development programs, knowledge sharing activities, career advice, and linking the succession planning to performance management. The target group has mainly been top- and middle managers, as well as talents.
Her roles have been with a corporate perspective working together closely with local HR in several subsidiaries, countries, and/or business areas, either as group staff or internal consultant, developing, implementing, and practicing the subjects mentioned above.
After becoming familiar with the Bioss framework and tools in 2005, she started to include it in her work, and soon realized the great value they added for managers and HR, as well as participants.
“My starting point is always to find an approach that connects to the strategies and challenges of the company I am in, based on the conditions specific for each organization. What improves the performance of the organization and makes it successful? I listen well, and am open-minded and structured, with an engineer’s analytical mind,” says Bisse.
Early in her career, she worked with quality management and improvement for 8 years, both in an operational role as Quality Manager, and as internal consultant working with assignments globally in an international corporation.
Her educational background is an engineering degree, Master of Science in Industrial Organization in 1989 at Chalmers University of Technology, and a year as Sloan Fellow at MIT Sloan School of Management in 1999.
